Cecil Hoo is an Associate at H.M. Chan & Co. Cecil specializes in a broad range of corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and IPOs. He also advises on general commercial and compliance matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Cecil worked in a leading China-based law firm.

Cecil is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2024.
