The firm was selected for its role as Hong Kong legal counsel to JD.com in the acquisition of Kai Bo Food Supermarket, a landmark cross-border M&A transaction. The deal involved Kai Bo's more than 90 stores, thousands of employees, and dozens of owned properties across Hong Kong.
